Delete your account

You can request deletion of your HiFi Vinyl account and all associated data at any time by writing to us. (We're working on making this possible from inside the app too, under Profile — not available yet.)
How to request it
Write to us at hola@hifivinyl.app, from the same email or Google account you use with the app, with the subject "Delete my account". We process the request within 30 days and confirm once it's done.

- Your whole collection: records, any cover photos you uploaded, prices and private notes.
- Your audio gear, your room, and the advisor's recommendations.
- Your shelves and cubes, and any published collection QR code — it stops working immediately.
- Your profile: name, username, photo, and any friends you made in Community.
What isn't deleted right away
Internal database backups may retain the data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, although it stops being accessible to you or anyone else as soon as the request is processed.
Keep it instead of deleting it
If you just want to stop using the app without losing your collection, you don't need to delete your account — just stop opening it. Your data stays as is, at no cost, until you decide to come back or request deletion.
